Boxers have some of the best fitness regimes out there, but being a boxer does come with the downside that the highlight of your day is when you're thrown into a ring to be punched in the head. Not everyone wants to fight, but everyone wants to be fit, so Urban Fit Crew are offering you Boxfit, where fighting is the last thing you have to worry about!
Boxfit is a class at the Urban Fit Crew which will work you like a boxer, training with gloves and mitts, but without any of the contact which can make the sport so dangerous. You never face off against any opponents, it's all training and punching mitts, but you do get all the fantastic health benefits that come with that training and it's great fun too! Each class lasts about an hour, including warm up, training in gloves and mitts with a partner, the "Ab-Attack" which works your core, lower back and abs, and a gentle warm-down at the end of the evening.
Classes are either men only, ladies only or mixed. So go on, stick on "Eye of the Tiger" and start swinging. When you get six classes for just €29, you'll end up feeling like the champion of the world!
