A beginner’s course will be starting at the Shugyou Dojo on this July.

The course, which will run the full month, is designed to give participants an introduction to Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu as it is taught at the Shugyou Dojo.

The course cost is €100, which covers unlimited class during the month (16 hours of instruction total, 7pm – 9pm) and a free end of month day long class (Saturday TBA 10am-6pm).

Topics such as stretching, breathing, striking, rolling, fundamental forms and training theory will be examined, so that participant will, by the end of the course, be able to engage with more advanced material and train safely.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be assessed for their first rank and membership to the Dojo.
