It differs, well, not hugely from other Burger Kings. That said, there is plenty of seating, it's never too full and the atmosphere is more salubrious than at other branches of self-same chain. Otherwise staff are as friendly and nice as you're going to get!
read moreThis spot is so small you'd probably miss it, and to be honest, you'd be better off. It's tiny, and as such the selection is, well, tiny as well. Pricing not the most obvious either.
read moreStaff are helpful and really know what they're talking about, which is unfortunately rare in the world of sports retail. Particularly good for triathlon gear. Nice website too.
read moreI'm not quite sure what the fuss is all about, it's dark and poky in places, with no real ambience. That said, it does fill up very quickly with nice-looking people, so they must be doing something right!

Super selection of interesting beers and wines, as well as your usual stuff at very reasonable prices.
Friendly staff, no queues.
read moreI try to stay out of this place as much as possible, although proximity generally drags me in.
Where to start? First off, everything is VERY expensive, despite their recent pretense of introducing a line of allegedly cheap own-brand items. Second, there is rarely anything on offer, and reduct...

Service is always very friendly and quick, prices are reasonable and the fare is good. There's always a selection of newspapers on offer, the only downside is that space can sometimes be a bit tight.

Basically the Olympia is a superb venue for live music (if you're standing that is). It's intimate, yet the crowd is big enough for atmosphere. Views are generally good, and the acoustics are excellent.
That said, if you're seated (particularly higher up) you're essentially looking down at the...

Upstairs is a nice place if you want to bring your Granny for a cup of tea on a Wednesday afternoon. The seats are comfortable and the view is fantastic. Otherwise it's just a bit soulless, there's no real focus to the downstairs and the aforementioned plastic hedges out front just add to the all...
read moreI think this place is now closed. Probably for the best really.
read moreNot cheap, but a superb little selection of men's retro/funky gear in the basement, some second-hand, some new but all great quality. For when you want a shirt that's slightly silly, but pretty cool all the same.
read moreIf you're at Bray station with less than five minutes to spare and you need a newspaper or a bag of crisps then this is the place for you. However, generally, when I have a choice in the matter I go elsewhere.
read moreIf you're looking for a something like a garden hoe, fly paper, mouse traps, toasted cheese sandwich makers, wood chip wallpaper, or maybe a transistor radio (along with the very best kind of one-on-one service in Bray) then Ledwidge Bros is the place to go!

Doesn't give off a very modern impression, not that this implies any kind of of old school charm either. Caters for a bewildering number of tourists who just seem to wander in cos it's there.
On the flipside, for anyone looking for hordes of attractive civil servants from the nearby Department...
