I've had a couple of bike services and puncture repairs here and I'd be surprised if anywhere else charges less or does a better no nonsense job. My last puncture was repaired on the spot which was nice and handy.
No sales pitch involved, just good honest service.

This club is a rare gem in the city. It's all nicely understated, but solid electronic tunes (thanks to the Lunar Disko dj's) and chilled out crowd can make for a top night. And the cover charge tends to be reasonable for dj's on offer.

There's something appealing about the design of this venue as an urban arts space. The main theatre upstairs is a good big size and well decked out. Don't judge the book by its cover, the food here is far better than Abrakebabra. That may be setting the bar low but try eating the Taco Fries with a beer induced appetite without finding wholesome satisfaction.

There's nothing typical about this place: neither the pitchers of beer and buckfast nor the banging tunes with a decent crowd in a local low key venue. On a weekend night anyway, it's a fine spot to warm up before a club or just as an alternative to a big night (it closes at 1:30am).
