I second below. Made a telephone enquiry via a general website offering to collect mobile phone in Tipperary and quote for repair. First I wouldn't send a good if broken phone to anyone unknown anywhere. Male voice on the phone did not sound Irish. I asked for his name and after some coaxing he said Michael. When I asked for a surname I got a guilty-sounding laugh down the phone and was instead asked for my name. His surname "Farmers" did not sound very convincing either, clearly sounded African. He was also driving whilst answering the phone to me, soundsa like a one-man set up too.

Brought in Macbook Air to be repaired. Got it back but keyboard still wasn't working. Called them up and explained, very politely and friendly, the keyboard still wasn't working and asked if I could bring it back in to have it finished off. Out of nowhere the african owner began screaming at me he was a good honest Christian and that I was trying to defraud them. This is after paying €135 on a no fix no fee basis as they advertise. Most twisted, vile and genuinely disturbing experience I have ever had with any company in my life and I work in customer service and have dealt with thousands of businesses. Company also buy parts 2nd hand from adverts.ie so if your thinking your getting new parts you you'd want to check what you get. Its not 1 star they deserve, they deserve to be put out business. Avoid like the plague.
