Active Method Ireland provides shiatsu and seitai treatments for a wide range of health conditions including back and neck pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, joint pain and stiffness, tension from stress and fatigue. It was set up in May 2011 and is one of the few clinics in Ireland to offer the Namikoshi style of shiatsu, the only style of shiatsu licensed in Japan by the Japanese health ministry.

It was my first Shiatsu massage, interesting to see the different techniques etc.. involved first hand!
