Very very poor. Firstly service is appalling. Woman behind counter has a terrible attitude and needs to learn customers are what makes her business. Bought a burger at 7:45pm approx. 20/12/11. Got home burger bun was like a rock. Brought it back. Man behind counter, who I guessed was management, looked bewildered when I showed him the burger. He walked away with the burger coming back smiling with a bag of stale burger buns saying 'look the bag was open', they're all stale. This is the standard in Alec's takeaway. Should be shut down.
