It's my birthday today so I decided to treat myself to an ice cream... any old excuse!
Aussie Ice is a boutique-like ice cream parlour serving-up a wide selection of interesting flavours. That said, it was my first ice cream of the season so I decided to play it safe and got a tub of vanilla. It was pretty yummy so I'll definitely be back to try some of the other flavours - the rum & raisin looked particularly good and is definitely on my hit list!
Aussie Ice is take-away only but if it's a sunny day the fountains outside the main door of the shopping centre is the perfect accompaniment.
