This is quite a find in Temple Bar, mostly because I'm not into eating out alot. Not knowing what to expect was kind of fun and because I didnt see any magazine reviews or newspaper reviews( Not saying thats a bad thing, but more that it didnt colour my first impressions)

The staff greeted us warmly and took time to breakdown the menu for both myself and my friend. Despite it seeming to get into a busy time they never made us feel rushed about ordering or taking out time to eat there. As I dont eat out much my review isn't really based around the food itself but the experience. What struck me was the presentation of each dish regardless of its expense. You got a sense that you were waiting for your food because you know it would be treated as a work of art instead of just a meal.

We did the standard 3 coursed and several cocktails. I must point our that the cocktails appeared to me mostly Sake based and in some case a sake themed variation on other well known cocktails. It was great that there was time take to bring some fun to the table in terms of the cocktails which often get over looked.

Some may say that the price may have been a bit much for the dishes involved, but given the location in Temple Bar and the friendly staff and of course the presentation, I was more then happy with the cost and even surprised by it not costing more.

I cant wait to get back there for some more good times.
