Raters say we are...  disappointing

Recently, I have had some bad experiences and am no longer going to be dining at Bochelli's. I went there for a birthday dinner and the service was very very poor which simply isn't good enough for what I would have considered a decent restaurant.

I've been here several times in the last few years and generally found it friendly and pleasant. There is a reasonable selection of food and wine, nothing too fancy mind but enjoyable. Some items may be a little over priced but that's not uncommon.

Anyway, a few weeks later, we decided to give it another go on a weekend night - the food took an age to come and it was cold. We asked for it to be heated, which only made it slightly hotter and tasteless. We had to then wait another 10 minutes for our mains to be cooked again - after waiting about 40 minutes for them to arrive cold in the first place.

We were made to feel a little uncomfortable after complaining politely - the only excuse offered was that they were busy that evening which isn't any excuse for a popular restaurant if you ask me.

I think I'll try the Hungry Monk next time...
