A complete and utter rip off. I regret ever going through the door and I am kicking myself that I did not read online reviews before going there because most of the reviews tell the same story as my review.
I was told it would be 45 euros to have the laptop assessed but that the €45 would go toward the cost of any work done. Once I paid the €45 one option was to walk away and loose it but when I didn't walk away I just got pulled deeper into what I regard as a total scam.
After I paid the €45 deposit I did not get one consistent, straight answer from the guy on the desk. In the end they charged me €246 for a "reconditioned" hard drive, a new power cable and to load windows on the reconditioned hard drive.

When I paid for the work I got a receipt that said "laptop repair" €200. €46 shy of what they actually charged me and I was supposed to go away with no record of what they actually did. I asked the guy to itemise the bill and he said they had "bundled it", the first time this was mentioned.
I insisted I get a bill that recorded the work actually done and he wrote freehand on the printed bill,€130 + 70 but obviously this still adds up to €200. He got very angry with me when I pointed this out and tried to get rid of me. I insisted on an itemised receipt that added up to the €246 I paid. He then deducted 65 euros for the new power cable from €245 and divided the remaining 180 in half saying it was 90 euros for the reconditioned hard drive and €90 to have windows installed on it. Funny because when I left in the laptop he said it was €70 to have windows installed.
Oh and by the way the old hard drive is working fine it seems I did not need a new on at all. I paid €246 and now have two used hard drives without Microsoft Office on either.

Slick double talking bandits worthy of any back street (maybe an insult to back street markets!).
