Had similar experience to Lily V the first vist. I only returned because I had a discount for the second visit. When I did come back I said that Shellac had peeled within a week. I was told if this happened again I should return immediately. I did this and was told they didn't have time to see me and to make an appointment to redo them. When I came for the appointment the manicurist gave me a lecture stating that she couldn't explain why it had happened as she hadn't seen them immediately after they peeled, and then told me that Shellac was fantastic, they had no complaints, so must just be my nails.

Shellac peeled off after less than 1 week. was kept waiting 30mins in spite of having an appointment. Treatment then took twice the time I was told it would take when I asked on the phone... a waste of time and money.
