Unfortunately not a great experience with my wedding dress I may have been too relaxed. Considering that so much time was spent fitting it and pinning it, it wasn't ready or even started by the time we were told to collect it. I was told by them to get a bra and they would fit it in yet I took the dress home and it wasn't even sewn in and straps were still on when they should have been removed. It wasn't pressed they said it would be and considering I was a really laid back bride this was the most stressful part. Wouldn't recommend or return. Disappointed as they were recommended by the shop where I bought the dress.

Terrible experience from start to finish – shockingly poor standard of work. I wanted a skirt shortened by 3cm and mistakenly thought this would be a straightforward process. I was told they don’t work in cm's only inches, so I asked for an inch taken off the end (surely anyone working with clothing knows that taking or adding even one cm can make a difference to clothing?) I was told to return three days later. When I collected the skirt and they had changed the finish on the hem. I asked why they had done this only to be told by one of the staff "Sure, I think it looks better like that". His colleague spoke to him and it was agreed they would redo the hem following the original finish of the skirt and I would collect it the next day. I went back the next day (day four). I was kindly told that they would "..leave it at €15" because of the mistake and delay. I informed her I had initially been told it would cost €10. I then noticed that the hem was very obviously crooked. There had literally been 2cm more taken off the left side than the right side and the whole hem in general was wonky. To explain – the finish of the skirt is a raw edge, so it was simply a matter of cutting with a scissors and adding a single line of stitching about 1 cm above the end. She said she could see what I meant when I pointed this out to her. I asked for my money back, which she gave me while starting a conversation with a friend of hers who had walked in. While she looked embarrassed, there was no mention of an apology for the inconvenience. Save yourself the time and disappointment – do NOT use this tailor if you expect a decent standard.
