American travelers be ware of this company!!! I just rented a car from this place and they forced me into purchasing the "optional" full insurance coverage for the car, 35 euros! This was not included on the price I was quoted and was only in the fine print of the contract. They claim it is a new law in Ireland and that I need a written letter from my credit card company stating that they provide coverage even though I checked with them in advance of the trip. If I purchased the basic coverage the company would have held 1,200 euros for five to ten business days against my card. This is simply a scam to take money from American tourists and I will never rent from this company again. Congratulations on the 35 euros, it is the last of my money you will ever see!
