I’ve never been a big fan of Easons, which always feels like the most soulless book shop in Dublin. If you're looking for shelves packs with the latest best-sellers (and not too much else) for a reasonable price then it's great, but if you want anything that's not in the ticket's top 10 books or you're looking for a real bargain, then mostly any other bookshop in Dublin is a better bet. It feels like they've neutered the soul of literature and repackaged it in a crap paper bag. Having said that, I have of course bought the occasional book in there (who hasn't?) but if you want soul (and a wider selection of unusual literature), walk up the street to Chapters.

Mediocre bookshop that happens to stock the best selection of magazines in Dublin, simple as that!
