The best bit was watching the guy who was serving me artfully putting on pieces of pineapple one at a time until it was completely covered in fruit. I don't know if that's the normal practice there or if I just got very lucky with this kid serving me, but he had prepping frozen yogurt down to an art-form!

Have to agree with Grace. The one I got was hard as rock(ets). Flavour was OK but again nothing too impressive. I like the malts in Eddie Rockets but this wasn't even in the same league. Which is weird.
Not for me. Didn't like the consistency of the shake, it was like cement and nearly gave me a headache trying to drink it. Also, I ordered a large and couldn't taste the fererro rocher that was supposedly in it. Perhaps they need to rethink the quantities of their ingredients.
The layout of the shop is rather clumsy too and the staff were a bit clueless.
