very unhappy with this shop. I love esprit clothes, but i will never again buy something here. I gave a gift voucher to my friend and she tried to use it last week only to be told it was out of date. there was no date on it to tell her or anyone about this. no 'valid until' or 'expires on' NOTHING! they gave a long story about the head office in germany bla bla bla, explaining that it is actually impossible to process it, but then said that they would be able to process half of it??? HOW COME? The owner is a millionaire and my friend is not. In fact the only reason i gave her a voucher was so that she would spend something on herself for a change and not on her 3 kids.
