I ‘m the same Jams Bishop that has complained here about the shipping services of Expresstech. I would withdraw that statement if I could, but can find no way to do so. The iPad they repaired was found not to work properly, but only after we had gone to the United States for the summer. I wrote to Expresstech and told them of the difficulty, and the fact that it would be several months before we returned to Dublin. They assured me that they would be happy to look at it when we returned, and they did so. Without cost to me, they replaced the faulty display. The iPad now works very well. I am pleased that there was no problem getting the shop to take responsibility for the problem after such an extended period. They definitely stand by their work.

Went here to fix LCD screen for my Sony laptop and they fixed the screen while I was drinking my morning coffee at a Olive Green. They also noticed I had no antivirus software on the computer and gave me a free program to start off with. Lori is a great girl and didn't talk in geeky terms with me. Really appreciated that. I'll be using Expresstech services for a long long time.‎...
