I had a bad experience in another Dublin salon this morning which prompted me to post my first review on this website detailing their appalling customer service. It actually made me think of all of the good salon experiences I've had using various deal websites. I thought it a shame that I've never taken the time to acknowledge the good ones.

FAB Face and Body is definitely one of the best. The staff are really nice, helpful and friendly and extremely professional.

I've bought two courses of IPL from them (one for extended bikini and one for lower leg) and have found the treatment to be excellent and extremely effective. Would definitely recommend this as a treatment anyway but if you're thinking of having it done and unsure who to go to, I would say FAB.

I completely forgot about my last appointment (despite having received a reminder text the day before) and when I rang to apologise, they were extremely gracious, rescheduled it for that same evening and, (despite their 24 hr cancellation policy) made sure I didn't lose the session. I'm sure this isn't something they could do all of the time, but I really appreciated that that day their schedule allowed them to help me out and they did. They would have been well within their rights to have just deducted the session from my prepaid course of six.

I would definitely recommend FAB, I am a big user of daily deal websites and as a result have been to many different salons around Dublin in the last few years. FAB is a stand out salon that provides excellent service and really good value.
