Flux Café is located on the ground floor of The Science Gallery, it is a bright and airy space that looks out onto the busy Pearse Street - so if you're into people watching this is the place! I grabbed an espresso here and wasn't disappointed, the coffee was excellent and they even brought a glass of water with it - my kinda place! I hear there's also free wifi available but I didn't get to try it out myself.
Flux Café is a good spot to know about as decent cafés are in short supply on Pearse Street.
