This is just down the road from my house, not the nearest place that does Chinese takeaway but the best. Because it’s a restaurant, I think the level of food produced from the kitchens is of a better standard than your ordinary counter takeaway. It’s a little pricier than the other local contenders but I suppose that’s something to be expected. I’d recommend the Cantonese-style beef or any of the duck dishes as they have all been good for me in the past. There’s also a nice supply of Chinese beer if that floats your boat – I recommend the Tsingtao. Dining in at this restaurant is a reliably good experience too.
