Visited them about a year ago as the place I was working in was offered discount for any treatment. It was worst waxing experience I've ever had. The lady was not ready and had to break up blocks of wax while I was in the room on the bed. The wax was far too hot. She also didn't section where she was applying the wax so that was extremely painful as well as the fact she didn't taut the skin before she pulled the strip off. I did complain and did not pay which they handled very well as I was very annoyed about it. I haven't gone back as a result.
