I'd passed by this shop many times over the years but only ventured in here for the first time today. From the outside it appears to be a shop designed to prey on American tourists, and while that's probably true to some extent it does have a lot more going on than just a couple of plaques with family names on it - every wall in the place has floor to ceiling glass cases which are full of collectibles - model cars, airplanes and I even spotted a couple of old Garda mugs floating around in one of the cabinets too! So if you're an American Tourist looking to trace your Irish ancestry or a local with a penchant for collectibles, I'd recommend poking your head around the door of this place.
