A great place for kebabs! Right on my walk home from a night out and usually what I’m craving. Guys behind the counter are usually friendly as well. It can get quite busy at the weekend, but I guess that's just a testament to how good it is.

This place has one of the best kebabs around

If you are in Rathmines and want a kebab, go to Hit The Spot. The workers are friendly, the meat looks and tastes as fresh as kebab meat can, and come with generous amounts of sauces and vegetables! (And just as a warning, they can become addictive. I live dangerously close and must limit myself.) I haven't tried any of the burgers or Indian dishes, but if they are anything like their kebabs thy will be delicious.

Best kebabs you're going to find in the area, really! They make them fresh in front of you with generous helpings of fresh veg and meat, the only flaw they have is they can be tricky to eat if you've had a few, but that's probably more my fault than theirs...

They do a decent buger and chips too (for the price) if you're looking something easier to eat, but it always feels weird going into a place that does such good kebabs and ordering a burger. It's like getting chips at a Chinese take-away, it just feels wrong.

It's good, solid food all round, really.
