Apparently not the best coffee in Dublin, but it's cheap, it's quick and they're always running some sort of deal, so it gets my vote! Great location too, really close to St. Stephen's Green and the shopping centre. Check out whatever special they might have in the window, it's probably great value.

This is a pretty good Insmonia with an even better location, especially for those commuting via the Luas! It's not the best coffee I have ever had, but its palatable and gets the job done. However, I must echo Stephen in saying that their hot chocolate is great! There isn't much room inside this one so it's best to get your drink to-go or else find another Insomnia to snuggle up in, but it's convenient to pop into before work.

Sadly their "hot drink and a muffin" deal has gone up to €3.75, but it's still a decent price considering each of those will run you for at least €2 anyway.

Not much of a coffee drinker (and I've heard that if you're looking for a good coffee you'd be better to walk the extra few feet to Bewleys on the corner) but they do a cracking hot chocolate and normally have a "hot drink & muffin" deal going which is great value! (3.50 for them both, the last time I checked).

This particular Insomnia can get very busy, very fast (especially at lunch time), so it's not great if you want to sit in and relax, but if you're just looking to grab a cheap and tasty hot chocolate then this one's definitely for you!

Coffee ain't bad but the seating area could be better - good for takeout!

Would recommend to stir clear.
