Person answering phone is a complete idiot. Ordered a prawn cocktail with my dinner and when it was delivered the prawn cocktail was not in the bag. I rang back and she said she thought I said prawn crackers then proceeded to tell me they don't do prawn cocktails it is clearly on the starter menu #10 i don't work their and I know it's on the menu. Absolute joke

BBQ Ribs - Ribs were full but no BBQ flavour - more like Gravy
Chow Mein - Singapore - Tasteless.
