Continues to be a popular place to rent and live. Super+ convenient location for everything in the city. Nice atmosphere and friendly people. Quiet street. Popular with retired seniors but many young professionals also. Very secure.

Marlborough Court at the north end of Marlborough Street is a really convenient location in the city centre. Managing Agent is Keenans Property Management who do a good job keeping the common areas clean and everything running well. It ideal for both Trinity and DIT and the College of Catering is just accross the road. For a city centre location, security is good and we have CCTV recording 24 hours. The neighbours are mostly friendly and helpful. Elevators work well and the cleaners are efficient. Parking is in short supply in the complex so if you need a space it can be difficult. There is Q Park car park next to the complex but its expensive. Marlborough St is quiet and there are many fine buildings - particularly Department of Education grounds and the Pro Cathedral. I have been happy here for the past few years and it would be impossible to fine somewhere more convenient than Marlborough Street
