Originally known as Mujirushi Ryohin, the name of this store when translated from Japanese means, “no label quality goods” and is known now as Muji (for short). The value of the Muji goods are the products themselves. Muji products never carry any visible branding. Muji is like a high-quality mini department store...

I am a huge fan of Muji products, especially the stationary. I love Muji's minimalist, but yet functional concept and have been to their stores all over the world, including in Japan. This particular branch is nicely laid out and stocks a decent range of products, however, I have found most of the staff to be most unhelpful and friendly. They follow you around intimidatingly as you walk around the shop, glaring as If they're just waiting for you to steal something. Also, everything is grossly overpriced. I understand that all of their products are high-quaity have to be shipped from Japan, but some of the prices are just ridiculous.

A nicely laid out collection of Japanese stationary, mini-tools and home items. Hard to leave without buying something.
