Great selection of sambo's. Free Wifi. Generally very tasty food. Staff are friendly enough despite huge queues. Oh yeah I forgot the queues. They lose a star for that. Get in there before 12.30 or you'll wait for ages and you can forget about getting a table.

I used to eat here almost every day for a period of about two months. The sandwiches were great (I particularly like the 'Bacon Whoopie') and the coffee was pretty good for a large chain.

Unfortunately, the last four times in a row that I ate here were awful! Every time I got a toasted sandwich the cheese in the middle was cold and not melted. Being Irish, I only complained once, and after I did so the sandwich was nuked - way overtoasted. This put me off and I won't be going back, which is a pity.
