Went in here a few weeks ago. Really authentic place with absolutely delicious food. Most of the clientele were Asian when I was there, which is always a good sign that they must be doing something right! Will be back.

We went to dinner at Nyonya on Monday night. The staff were extremely helpful and explained the dishes easily as we hadn't eaten Malaysian food before. We mentioned we were going to the theatre and she said she would rush our order. The starter's and main's were excellent, squid and chicken satay - the best we've ever had, followed by chicken curry with coconut rice and beef noodles. We had a nice bottle of house wine and it was overall excellent value.

after reading some very nasty review on the paper about nyonya restaurant in damest i think she havent got a clue about malaysian food. she mention about the rendang the kapitan dishesbeing bad but what the people dont realise is how many time did she have those dishes in her life. she has no right to write a review about the malaysian dishes if she havent got a clue about it! we went in to nyonya restaurant on the saturday evening(the day after the review)and to my astonishment the restaurant is fill with guest not asean student but some irsh that love malaysian dishes. as normal we have made a reservation n was seated imediately. food great service good. keep up the good food. the best malaysian restaurant in dublin if not ireland.
