I went in to this store today hoping to get a 32gig iPhone. They had sold out (which isn't a problem), but what was really annoying for me is that I had to queue for ages to find this out!
There was no employee (or even a sign!) stating their iPhone stock to the queuing people. This would have been really easy for them and also would have made the queue a lot smaller.
I'm giving these guys two stars instead of one because they were pretty good about reserving an iPhone for me last year. But the nail in the coffin for me was that they refused to contact me when they eventually get more iPhones in stock. I won't be giving them any more business.
