I've got a smartphone that I use for everything from checking my email to streaming videos on youtube so I need a good data plan, as well as good network coverage for when I'm making calls and O2's got them both! They called me a while back to see if I'd be interested in a different plan, but while I was on the phone the girl I was talking to looked through my records and said "Oh, given what you use the phone for, it looks like that one's pretty much perfect for you, but would you like 20% off it?". 20% off the perfect plan and all I have to do is stay with them for a while longer? Bloody right I would!
I've had nothing but great service from them and their customer support's always been efficient and friendly, although I can't honestly remember when I last had to call them. There's coverage mostly everywhere aside from a concrete bunker (so be careful if you've got an End-Of-The-World bolt hole) and they've a great selection of phones if you're looking to upgrade or buy a new one. I've had no complaints after two or three years with them, and neither have my friends. Once you get the right plan for you, you're set!
