I've never walked out of a hairdressers half way through before, but I couldn't let her continue butchering my hair. I have very long hair, a side parting and a side fringe. After booking for a wash and cut because I couldn't get my usual hairdresser before Christmas, I now wish I'd just gotten drunk and cut my own hair.... I arrived with my hair down, side parting in place and said I just wanted a trim to tidy it up. She sat me in the chair with my hair parted down the middle to cut the length, fine. Then turning me to face her so she could cut my fringe. I had my eyes closed obviously and didn't see what she had done until she had cut, dried it and turned me around... A big full fringe chopped into the front of my head with my parting still down the middle! My stomach dropped and I said "I don't have a full fringe, I have a side fringe!" She turned me around, wet my fringe and started brushing and cutting and then blow drying it again. At this stage I know I'm already butchered and trying to keep my cool. Turns me around and basically cut one side of this full fringe shorter and tried pull it across my forehead.... So a lopsided, uneven full fringe! She started into drying the rest of my hair and I was almost in tears. I stood up, still dripping, asked her to stop touching my hair, took off the gown and handed to her. We've all had that "It's a little shorter than I wanted" or "The color isn't exactly what I'd pictured" moments in the hairdressers, but I've never seen anyone blatantly ignore the word "trim" and proceed to do whatever they want to ruin my hair! In the end, when I parted my hair properly, I had to cut my own fringe because this was only a few days before Christmas. I would literally rather cut my hair with a butter knife than go back near Olivia's again!

DONT GO NEAR THEM! Non of them has passed any hairdresser course for sure, my hair is on bits, the layers dont blend, on the back is million different levels , like she was cutting from here and there, she didnt cut me on the front at all, No words how to explain their "work". The shampoo they were using was Elseve, how proffesional that is, the other shampoo bottles didnt have any labels, what was in it was mistery, but these bottles had black rings of dirt where the pump was screwed to the bottle. I would give them no stars but the option here only allows a minium of one star.
