I went to this pet shop looking for a Roborovski hamster which is a rare and hard to get breed. I went here as a last resort, because I'm aware of the bad reputation of this pet shop from talking to staff in other pet shops. When I went to look in the small animal cages at the back of the shop, the first thing I noticed was how unhygenic they were. The second thing I noticed was the mostly-eaten remains of a dwarf hamster. It was just a spine, the teeth and some fur. My hamster had just died. The last thing I wanted to see while looking for a new one was the decimated corpse of another poor hamster. If these people don't even notice when their hamsters are unhappy enough, or hungry enough to start eating each other, and furthermore they don't even notice or care that there's half a dead hamster in one of their cages, then they should not be allowed to even walk past a pigeon. Shut this place down.
