Ah, Pennys. It's a Mecca for anyone with fake tan, a whole can of hair spray in their hair and tights that are pretending to be pants. The prices might be rock bottom, but the quality's down there too, so it's not so much "hit and miss" as it is "miss and miss and- oh, a hit!" That's the thing, if you find something good in Penney's you can probably buy five of them for under a tenner, so it's great value once you hit gold, but it can take a lot of digging to get there.

This Penneys might be smaller than the one on O'Connell Street, but it is laid out better so it feels less cramped and hectic. It makes all the difference when you're bargain hunting in comfort. Just don't expect their shoes to last more than five minutes.
