Do not, under any circumstances use this "Dry Cleaners".

They appear to be highly incompetent and badly run - evident of the signage outside the shop front that offer anything between key cutting and pawn exchange. I would not use this premises for either.

Unbeknownst to me, they were contracted through Mace, Balally Luas Stop to facilitate a dry cleaning service. If I knew this was the case, I definitely would not have dropped my white wool coat in for cleaning.

The first instance was when I left the aforementioned coat in for cleaning in late December and it came back without the belt. I should've been suspicious, but naively decided to use the same service again in early January after the Christmas season. Unfortunately, the belt and the coat had gone MIA. 6 months later and after telephone calls and letters to Colm of Premier Cleaners, I have had no response, no acknowledgement or no apology. I doubt that a 3/4 length coat can go "missing" and would dread to think that it has been stolen.

Since discussing this matter with Mace, Premier Cleaners have lost a gentleman's suit and numerous other items…

If you see a white Sisley coat with pink lining - please let me know and I'll let you know if I get a response and/or a full refund.
