I've been back a number of times because the pretzels are so good, but I have a big complaint! Every time I go there, they only have about 2 pretzels left - of any sort. They always tell me that the next batch will be about 20 minutes and then one of them begins to roll some dough. This just seems to mean that they only make more when they run out. Not good enough for me I'm afraid. Booo to you.

Pretzel Express - Yummy. I live in Conamara and I would travel all the way to Rathfarnham just for one of these pretzels!!! As I said Yummy!

I cant believe that a soft pretzel place has finally arrived in Ireland.
When i went to America I had a cinnamon soft pretzel and it was gorgeous.
I was amazed that we couldn't get them here. I think these pretzels are just as good but they need to put more sugar in the bag, but I recommend these pretzels to anyone who likes food and to spread the word about soft pretzels being in Ireland.

After reading Rory S.'s review (below) and having watched a Woody Allen movie the night before, I was in the zone and all set to try my first Irish non-'Central Park' pretzel and I'm happy to report it was good. I do think it's a bit of a strange location for a pretzel stand but all in all it makes for a tasty morning snack and a nice change from the norm!

These are pretty good actually. I was a bit wary to begin with as the only pretzels I've ever had have been the dry crunchy salty type. Apparently there are two types - hard & crispy and soft & doughy (like bread). They come with various toppings (cinnamon, garlic, chocolate) or fillings (salami, cheese, etc). The savoury ones are good for lunch and are more filling than you'd think. Overall they taste good and are a welcome alternative to the more normal lunch places in the area...
