I would like to share my experience of the quality of the service that we received when we purchased my engagement ring from Rocks Jewellers.

I started off not having any idea of the type of ring that I wanted to get. I had a good look around Grafton St and was still none the wiser! I then decided to take a trip to Rocks. We initially met with Robert Rock and I felt instantly at ease and after the initial conversation and I knew I would end up purchasing the ring from Rocks. Robert was beyond patient. We spoke at a high level and he gave me a number of options. The next day I returned to the store and Robert had organised for me to try on a number of settings with Michael Rock. Michael was a fountain of knowledge and went through every possible type of ring that I could get! Michael spent a long time with me and put me under no pressure to make a decision. Eventually, when I picked the setting I then had to select the stone for the ring! At this point both Michael and Robert spent a lot of time on many occasions going through a number of options. All of Rock’s stones and settings are of the highest quality so you know you are going to get a fantastic ring no matter what you choose! Following this, Michael and Robert organised for my choice of stone to be set in my chosen setting. When the ring arrived I was shocked at how fabulous it was! All of my friends and family have commented on the stone and the setting and the craftsmanship! I absolutely love it! I was surprised at the amount of people who when they asked me where we purchased the ring had also bought their ring in Rocks and had the same brilliant experience.

The icing on the cake was the price. Rocks Jewellers was by far the best value for money and the quality is far far superior than similar rings I had tried on! I will be returning for my wedding band and can’t wait!

I dont usually write reviews but after my recent trip to Rock Jewellers i felt i should say a massive thanks to the staff for their time, attention to detail and efficiency. They give you a level of service which is very hard to find today where the customer is king. I'll be back.

Rocks Jewellers has to be the premier place to choose that something special
not just because of the range and friendly expert service, but because you feel like you are being looked after in a way that just makes you look forward to the next time

Always get great presents for my wife there, well actually she insists I go there !
Ive also had a couple of pocket watches repaired by their watchmaker Robbie.

I bought an engagement ring here last week. Out of all the jewellery shops I visited, Rocks were easily the best. The staff are knowledgeable, (very!) patient and eager to help. They make all their own jewellery which makes each piece that bit more special and makes Rocks that bit different from other Jewellers - five stars from me - thanks for all your help Vio!

This place has some really unique hand made jewellery on offer as well as its own design team for those of you who cant find a diamond big enough in the displays!!! Prices range from mid to very high but the quality of work is second to none. Staff are really helpful and they also do great repair work. Worth a look if you are tying the knot any time soon!!
