Reviews for Stage Door Café
Write a Review Stage Door Café reviews feedI love the Stage Door! Always one of the top places I head when I'm wandering around Temple Bar. It's a little Oasis of normality and calm in one of Dublin's nuttier corners.
The food's really tasty and the coffees are always good too, so it gets full marks from me!
This is a really nice little café tucked away at one of the quieter ends of Temple Bar. If you want to be free of tourists taking photos and hen parties falling over each other, this is the place to be. They do a really nice coffee and their food is pretty good, but the atmosphere here is the big selling point. It's a lovely place to curl up for half an hour with a book or to catch up on writing. It can get pretty busy, but if you pop in at an off-peak time, then there aren't many places that can top it. It loses a star for being a little pricier than it needs to be, though.
