Lazy Staff or Rip-Off Merchants: You can choose!

I pointed out to the Manager 2 weeks ago that the 24 Pack of Guinness in the Off-Licence was more expensive per litre than the price for the smaller packs.
He said then that it wasn't on sale, but after I pointed out that the wording "Only €48 for 24 cans" has the same meaning, he agreed, thanked me and told his staff to remove the price on the 24 pack.

I see that the sign "Only €48 for 24 cans" is back again and that the smaller packs of Guinness are less than €4/litre.

Real rewards??!!

I have shopped in Supervalu for the last 15 years. The only reason I use it is because it is close by. Their prices are over the top, their products are uninspiring and I have lost count of the amount of times that I have had bad chicken, bad pork...not to mention bad fish. Never once was I apologized to for the inconvenience caused by my having to return rotten food. If you return bad food to Tescos - they not only give you your money back but double it...
Today, I received my 5% voucher - which means I spent 400 euros.
Be warned! You can only use your voucher in one transaction.
If like me - you never spend more than 30 euro a time...then your voucher entitles you to a miserly 1.50 euro saving. This scheme is designed to force you into spending 200 euro in order to save 10 euro. What a rip off. Never again will I shop there!
