You tend to meet nice people too, and there's all the equipment you need. It tends to be busy enough (at least when I'm there! Maybe I just have bad timing) but not so bad that you can't get the equipment you want.
There's a nice pool too, although it's normally very busy and there's a lot of kids in it, so I don't know how great it'd be if you're looking to just do a few lengths to stay in shape. Overall, a great complex, though!
I've only used their pool, not the gym, but it's a lovely complex. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and the place is always very clean. The only downside to their pool is that if anything it's too popular, so you really have to time it well if you want to nip in to spend half an hour doing lengths in the morning (otherwise you'll end up constantly dodging kids, other swimmers and the occasional iceberg). They have lots of classes on too, so if you're looking for a more regimented workout then they'd be perfect for you.
As I said, I haven't used the gym, but it always looked bright, airy and well stocked in terms of equipment, so it gives off a positive impression.
