I don't like this Taxi Rank, and I have never actually seen a Taxi in it.
Up until recently this was a loading bay (check the satellite imagery!). When it was a loading bay, cinema goers could park in it after business hours with no problems.
I went to the cinema a few weeks ago, it was dark and I didn't notice the changed status of what I thought was still a loading bay. Unfortunately for me I got a €40 parking ticket for my mistake.
