Looking at John's review, on the contrary I think this place is fantastic. The girl is lovely and does a brilliant job on my bichon.
When I go to collect my dog, she looks beautiful and is so relaxed & happy she doesn't want to leave! Best groomers in Bray.

Where shall I start,
We booked our dog in for an appointment at 10.45am, he's a small dog and has been there a few times before. We ring at 12.45 to see if he's ready as for some reason he's there a lot longer than usual. The girl to whom I was speaking to was rude and very cocky to me and was saying that it takes two to three hours to groom a dog yet on previous occasions it's only taken an hour for our dog?
Anyways, after she telling me it takes two to three hours to groom a dog she then tells me they have just started on our dog (it's now 12.45 and he's been there since 10.45 so the poor dog has been hanging around for two hours probably locked up somewhere and wondering what's going on and probably quite anxious too) and that he's in the bath and will be ready in an hour??? So I'm thinking to myself then why is she saying takes two to three hours when suddenly he's ready in an hour?
We collect our dog, and to our astonishment we see they've done a half arsed job (which I'm sure was out of spite) where they also shaved very close to the skin up one side of his tail and left the rest! thankfully I have a friend who is a dog groomer (lives on the other side of Dublin though) and she tidied up the botch job that these people did!
We shall not be going back to "The Beauty Pawlour" and for those of you who do go to get your pets groomed don't complain otherwise they will mess up your dog!!
