I've been meaning to go here for awhile. Not really sure why but I keep hearing good things about the place. It's a bit off the beaten track, but there's loads of parking in the village at night - so no problems there.

The restaurant is big inside. Each of the tables has plenty of room and there are nice high ceilings so the sound gets dissipated - so if you're one of those couples that goes to restaurants to sit in silence and listen to other peoples conversations, this is not the place for you! You can have pre-dinner drinks at the bar if you like (there's seating outside too) - the wine menu looked extensive.

The food was excellent. They have a broadish menu - fish, burgers, steaks - basically a surf & turf type of place. I got a tasty steak that was perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly and seemed to appear at all the right times. Prices were reasonable - they have an early-bird menu whereby you can get a starter and main for €20. That's not too bad at all...

This is a great spot right in the centre of Foxrock. It got ignored by me for ages and recently been there 3 times and each time it has been great. Fantastic brunch every sat and sun.Eggs Benedict, thick french toast, full Irish and great coffee.
Lunch is excellent during the week and last sat went across for a glass of wine as it doubles up as a very nice wine bar / wine shop and before we knew it we were having a meal. Tempura fish washed down with lovely glass of pinot gris. Highly reccomend this spot for brunch, lunch or a good glass of vino
