I've only had the pleasure of visiting the bar in the hotel a couple of times. So my review is based on the bar and food experience and not staying over. Based on the experience I've had, this place is worth it's star rating. Terrific location next to the O2, serviced well by the Luas and easily accessed to the airport by the port tunnel. A pleasant walk down the Liffey brings you in to the city centre and whilst enjoying that stroll you can enjoy the mix of new and old buildings that adorn the river front.

The bar is spacious and cool. With a superb balcony which overlooks the industrious port area they serve a nice range of food. A great selection of beers and cocktails available too. Inside the bar, there's an access area to a small square which has water features and is refreshing. The staff are friendly. I do think this hotel bar would be an incredible nightspot venue but can imagine that the place has a great energy when there are shows on at the O2 over the weekend.

Apart from being next to the O2, the big wheel has also been erected. And at the weekend there's a great little market outside the hotel.

Definitely worth a visit to appreciate the difference in style it brings to the Dublin hotel scene.
