The majority of shops here in "The Park Carrickmines" are retailers of furniture, computers/electrical, and bedding goods. So there is a great variety with regards to these products. Value for money... reasonable (excluding the sale periods of course). The carpark is fantastic - lots of space (underground carpark is never full) and you don't have to pay which in this day and age is a luxury! The only access by public transport at the moment is by way of the number 44 bus which is quite infrequent (every 30 mins +). There is no food mall but rather only 2 small cafes; Costa (Italian cafe) and BB's bakery cafe. I'm sure more shops will open here in the future, and maybe some flagship stores, since construction is ongoing.
Access/location: Easy to find as it's right beside the M-fidy.
Conclusion: Excellent for new home owners!
