The positve is the location and the structure as pub, but the food (at least what we ordered) and the customer service delivered by the waitress was lack of professionality.
We asked how big was a small salad and she replied "A small salad is small and a big salad is big" . While , and I recognise my mistake I ordered a pizza, which the dough was not cooked. Salad at my advise was quite expensive. It is just a salad. Personally I didn't feel being part of the customer but just like go to the macdrive where you order (you should know what to order) and that is. I guess also why it was more than double customers to the beside's pub and here just few tables occupied. Management should review the way of deliver their service and be more friendly also being able to sel their products and not just ask what do you want eat or drink.
I surely will go back there again but just for a pint.

A good, solid pub from an ambience and interior decor point of view, with an extensive beer garden in the front yard (very pleasant in summer with a view of bray head and the promenade). What elevates it is the sheer quantity and quality when it comes to alcohol. Aside from several original brews from the eponymous microbrewery, there are bottles available from every corner of the world, with an emphasis on european beers, particularly Belgium and Germany, and fortunately not much American "beer". The food on offer is also of pretty high standard (for pub-grub). It is fairly pricey overall, but not astonishingly so, and worth it for a few drinks of an evening.
