Had the WORST experience I've ever had in a restaurant.

Our meal took 40 minutes to arrive. My BLT had undercooked bacon, and i went up to the counter and asked for it to be cooked for a few more minutes.

When I sat down, the manager shouted at me across the crowded restaurant that i was 'MAKING HIS LIFE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT'. I was totally and utterly mortified as he had shouted at me from behind the till. I then approached him and quietly said that the bacon was a bit undercooked and he then continued to say that I was wrong and I should've ordered something else.

The whole place at this stage was looking at us. My friend was eating her french connection panini (which I have to say was lovely) but at this stage our coffees still hadn't come and i was too embarrassed to stay. I asked for my money back and he threw 5euro in my hand (we had paid 16). The waitress then came out with our two coffees and I asked for them in a take away cup and he roared at her 'dont bother they've been extremely difficult'. The waitress was obviously mortified and gave us our take away cups.

We live 5 minutes from The Streat and had been meaning to pop in for ages but we will NEVER go there again and I advise you to do the same.
