Went here to pick up some new jeans and walked out a very happy customer. Good selection at even better prices... and they have an upstairs with really well-priced kitchen supplies. If you need a cheap frying pan, this is the place!

I absolutely LOVE shopping at TKMaxx and think that this location is the best one in the Dublin area. Unlike the smaller one wedged inside Stephen's Green, this one in Carrickmines is spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Even though the city centre store is more convenient for me, I tend to just consolidate my trips into one trek out here because I'll know that I'll have a much better selection to choose from. I recently picked up a pair of Levis, Steve Madden sandals, and a casual dress here for under 100 quid. Pretty good considering each of the items regularly neared (or in the case of the jeans, exceeded) that price on their own!

Got a good pair of shoes here the other day. I'm not a great shoe buyer - it can take some time. I was in their sister shop in Stephen's Green a few years ago and it pretty much put me off this concept of 'cheap' labels because the place was such a mess. This place could not be more different. It's big, spacious, organised and actually quite pleasant. I was there on a weekday morning, so it might not be the best time to experience the crowds but that suited me fine. Good selection of everything by the look of things - they show the recommended retail price too so that you can 'see' what you're saving and the shoes are arranged in ordered rows rather than buckets like Stephens Green....definitely worth a trip.

Like the previous reviewer, I write whilst wearing a €35 pair of runners that would cost a lot more if I hadn't bought them at TK Maxx. It's quite a nice shop, nice a spacious, the only thing that bugs me is that sizes may not correspond with the labels on the racks etc - and requires a little bit of work. But I suppose this is something you have to put up with in a discount retailer....

Once you get over the initial shock and your eyes adjust to the unnaturally bright lights, there are deals to be found here. The key to this place is to be there when a shipment arrives, apparently you can do this by signing-up to their 'hot arrivals' newsletter on their web site. On my most recent visit (on Sunday), I found a pair of Hush Puppies shoes for €35 and left the shop pretty happy with myself. I'm actually wearing them as I write this review - four stars from me!
