Reviews for TriBeCa
Write a Review TriBeCa reviews feedmy friend and i went in for dinner tonite.
pros :
- nice waitress
- REALLY good & filling burger
- fairly priced
- nice atmosphere
cons:
- the waitress didnt know what the legal drinking amount for a driver was telling is 'it depends on the person' (fyi you're allowed one standard drink being a glass of wine or glass of beer)
- when we walked in, the 2 waitresses at the door had more interest in their own conversation than in acknowledging and seating us
all in all it was good though and i'd go back
I grabbed a burger here tonight and it was very good, not too expensive either! That said, the wine looked a bit on the pricey side for what it was.

Chicken wings are unreal! Good for a hang over cure.
I went to the wine bar here on spec one night after failing to get a table in either Dillinger's or Eatery 120 - even though it was only 6.30pm! I've never been a huge fan of the restaurant downstairs but had heard good things about the wine bar upstairs. Everything from the food and wine to the atmposhere and service was excellent. We had no trouble getting a table but by the time we left the place was packed and deservedly so. The menu was the same as for Tribeca downstairs but there were also a couple of specials which we had and were delicious. For a slightly more relaxed and intimate atmosphere than Tribeca this place is definitely worth a try.
Best chicken wings in Dublin! Went to the upstairs wine bar part of the restaurant last week - the interior is much nicer in that part of the restaurant than downstairs with a less casual atmosphere.
It doesn't really matter if you're sitting upstairs or downstairs as it's worth it for the chicken wings alone!

Simple fun for all the family. It could be a little less expensive, but I say that about just about every restaurant I go to in Dublin.
The staff were very friendly at Tribeca when I went. But you can get a better brunch for a better price at some alternative places nearby.

chicken wings.... yumiiiiieeeeeeeeeeee omlette fab... its small but the food is always good...
Tribeca has been popular for quite a while. The food is okay. The decor is unimpressive and the prices are not the cheapest. I do agree that the chicken wings are really good. The rest is average. There is always a good buzz in there and it's always busy. No real complaints, as such, but not a favourite of mine. Average.

went for a bite to eat here saturday lunch-time: -we didn't have a booking but by all accounts we were lucky to get pretty much the last free table and there were at least 5 or 6 lots of people turned away after us (booking recommended!). place was full so there was a good buzz and the food was tasty-chicken wings+chicken burger was on our radar and we'd both go back for them. service good and not a long wait when you're hungry!!
Tribeca is a good old reliable, good atmosphere, nice food, cheap & cheerful. You can't go to far wrong with Tribeca and the wine bar up-stairs serves a few of the meals from the restaurant menu & snacks, tapas. Can always be trusted for something handy & reliable.
